 1. Each connection part should be fastened;

2. The direction of electric rotation should be correct;

3. The clutch is flexible and reliable;

4. The pipeline connection is firm, the seal is reliable, and the bottom valve is flexible and effective.

3. Before starting, the suction pipe, the bottom valve and the pump body must be filled with water, and the upper end of the pressure gauge buffer is filled with oil.

4. Rotate by hand to make the piston reciprocate twice. If there is no obstruction and the line insulation is good, it can be started without load. After starting, the load will be gradually increased after the operation is normal.

5. During operation, pay attention to the sealing of each sealing device and adjust if necessary. Pull rods and auxiliary rods should always be lubricated with oil.

6. The sediment concentration in the mud should not exceed 10% during operation.

 7. The mud pump with several speeds is to make the splash lubrication reliable. It should run several speeds in each shift, the time is not less than 30 seconds.

8. It is strictly forbidden to shift gears during operation. When shifting is required, the pump should be stopped.

 9. Pumps should be stopped when there is abnormal noise or water weight during operation, abnormal pressure or obvious high temperature.

10. Under normal circumstances, the pump should be stopped at no load. When the pump stop time is long, all the drain holes must be opened, and the cylinder head should be loosened, the bottom valve drain rod should be lifted, and all the mud sand in the pump body and the pipeline should be drained.
