Structural characteristics of ZJ type slurry pump

The comprehensive performance of ZJ series slurry pump is at the domestic leading level, and the efficiency index of most pumps is at the international advanced level. Can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries to transport slurry containing solid particles. Such as thermal power plant ash removal, metallurgical ore dressing slurry transport, coal washing plant coal slurry and heavy medium transport. ZJ slurry pump has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life and convenient maintenance.

Structural characteristics of ZJ type slurry pump

ZJ slurry pump head part

The pump head portion of the ZJ type slurry pump includes a pump casing, an impeller and a shaft sealing device. The pump head and the bracket are bolted together. The pump outlets can be rotated and installed at eight different angles at 45° intervals, as needed.

The pump casing of the ZJ type slurry pump has a double-shell structure. The outer layer is a metal pump casing (front pump casing, rear pump casing), the material of which is usually HT200 or QT500-7; the inner casing can be made of high chromium alloy cast iron (including volute, front guard and rear guard) , or made of rubber (including the front volute, the rear volute).

The impeller is composed of a front cover plate, a rear cover plate, blades, and a back blade. The blades are twisted blades and usually have 3-6 pieces. The back blades are distributed on the outside of the front cover and the rear cover, usually eight. The impeller is made of high-chromium alloy cast iron, and the impeller and the shaft are threaded.

The shaft sealing device has three types: auxiliary impeller + packing combination seal, packing seal and mechanical seal.

The auxiliary impeller + packing combination sealing type is composed of a stuffing box, a secondary impeller, a water sealing ring, a packing, a packing gland, and a bushing.

The packing sealing type is composed of a stuffing box, a spacer sleeve, a water sealing ring, a packing, a packing gland, and a sleeve.

The mechanical seal type consists of a stuffing box, a spacer sleeve, a mechanical seal, a gland, and a sleeve.

ZJ slurry pump bracket section

The ZJ slurry pump bracket structure has two horizontal open and tubular structures. The medium open bracket has two types: thin oil lubrication and grease lubrication. Thin oil lubrication bracket is mainly composed of bracket body, bracket cover, shaft, bearing box, bearing, bearing gland, retaining sleeve, nut, oil seal, water retaining disc, disassembly ring, etc. See Figure 1. 150ZJ and above Each pump type also has a water cooling device. The main difference between the grease lubrication bracket and the thin oil lubrication bracket is that the inserting cover and the oil cup are added, and the water cooling device is removed.

The barrel brackets are greased and are mainly composed of bracket body, bearing body, shaft, bearing, bearing top sleeve, bearing gland, oil seal, oil cup, water retaining plate and disassembly ring. The barrel bracket is only suitable for pump models with less power of 200ZJ and below. Currently, there are only three specifications of T200ZJ-I-A70, T200ZJ-I-A60 and T150ZJ-I-A60.
